Due to the nature of the custom handmade personal care goods unfortunately there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE BE SURE TO ORDER THE CORRECT NAIL SET SIZE! Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If an order is unable to be fulfilled for any reason you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and notified. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
