CREATION TIME (Currently 7-10 days)

 

I take great care in my designs and make sure they are hand-crafted to my customers liking. I do all my designs by hand while operating a full service nail salon/spa. You can expect your orders to be done from a week to 10 days of ordering on the website. All orders can be viewed and selected on the website but be sure to email me your sizing and fittings to process the order. Payment options will be done through third party processing.

Pictures shown on the website don't do justice of the actual products. Due to the colors, types of material (fibers, glitter, etc.) lighting captured from my camera may distort the actual product’s real shine. Certain shades may vary from the actual colors shown in the collections on the website but you can be certain that all my products and art are hand-crafted and hand-designed by me.

 

All kits are custom made to order, for this reason, and for reasons of hygiene, I cannot exchange or return nail products. Please carefully review your selections when placing orders.

 

Our size chart is a general guideline - Ensure your fit before placing your order; we offer many ways to get your perfect size. Email me your sizing and fittings to place orders to be worked on.

 

Refunds/ Returns are only subjected to products which are misfits or breaks on shipping or delivery. Otherwise there is a no refund policy.

 

Cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case situation- though generally speaking, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
